If you are looking for an affordable and nice 4BR, your search is over. You are responsible for all utilities including garbage. Gas heat averaged $75 per month due to the high-efficiency boiler. Water and sewer averaged $66.32 per month. I'd budget $35 to $40 for electric and another $75/mo for internet plus $35 per month for garbage. The first floor features an open floor plan with kitchen, dining room and living room along with a huge bedroom and a standard bedroom in between the updated bath. The 2nd floor offers the same with one huge bedroom and one standard bedroom. Tons of storage is a bonus. The deck offers a lake view and we have had solid renters here over the last 8 years who typically stay for 2 to 4 years. Some off street parking and walking distance to bus stop on 4th.
