New improved price!!!!! Hi, I am 305 6th Avenue located in picturesque Crystal City. When I was born in 1965, boy did I shine! Since then, I have nurtured and fostered families to their next destination, and this time is no different. I know some of my cosmetic are outdated and in need of a makeover but I have great bones and have been patiently waiting for my facelift. Some folks look at my vintage tile and want it gone but I know there is someone out there that is longing for mid-century modern. I love my location as its close to everything we need! Until then, I will keep dreaming of what I am going to look like. I hear I am being sold as-is, as my current caretaker has no knowledge of my history, but we can make our own history.
