I have been renting rooms to JHU graduate students and faculty for about 8 years. The house is on a quiet, tree-lined, friendly street, 5 minutes walk to Union Memorial Hospital and Johns Hopkins University. There is nearby shopping, restaurants, a library, bookstore, the Museum of Modern Art, and a Y. I have been renting rooms to JHU graduate students and faculty for almost eight years, and it has been very successful for all. Utilities are included in the $800 a month rent. I ask that renters be respectful to my house, and I want them to feel safe, relaxed, and comfortable here. Utilities are included, 3 months minimum stay. No smoking.
