CREDIT REPORT: All applicants must have a minimum average combined FICO credit score of 600 or above (for example, if one applicant's score is 580 and the other applicant's score is 660, the combined average credit score is 620). A credit score below 600 will be denied. Credit history will be weighed in conjunction with all other rental criteria. RESIDENCY HISTORY: We will be verifying residency for the past 24 months uninterrupted. Your rental verification must reflect timely payment, appropriate notice to vacate, no complaints, no NSF Checks, no damage to the property, no violence reported and property was left in clean condition upon vacating.
