Property is a 4 bedroom 2 full bathroom house. It has a washer, dryer, fridge, microwave, gas stove, large kitchen table, spacious kitchen, large living room. It has an above ground pool that can be used IF it's maintained properly. There's a small shed for storage. The entire property has a chain link fence around it. The gated beach down the street can be used after tenant pays the $55/year HOA fee for a key ($5 for one extra key)-MUST follow the rules for beach access. Landlords live 2 blocks away in case of an emergency. We are presently doing repairs/painting on the rental property. If you would like to finish up on the painting/cleaning there's a strong possibility of earlier move in date and $ off of first months rent for that tenant. Renter is responsible for any and all maintenance of the property. This includes but not limited to garbage, lawn care, if anything should break down (ie: water heater, showers, pool etc) it is in the renters responsibility to report it to landlord. If it's an appliance (fridge, washer/dryer, stove, microwave) it is up to the tenant to provide their own thereafter. If additional pets are considered it is to be reported to landlord for approval. Lease will run year to year; you will need to reapply/revisit every 12 months. If renter(s) do not satisfy the $1700 owed on the first of every month there will be a $15/late fee applied at the end of that day. If renter would like access to the gated beach area and boat launch you will need to acquire your own key from the hoa.
