    These parcels are located just north of the village of Villanueva, NM on San Miguel County Road B29-A. The two 40-acre parcels have several building sites available and have gramma grass mesa tops with rocky outcrops, limestone walled arroyo and local views of surrounding mesas. You will find moderate pinon pine & cedar tree cover, gramma grasses, some chamisa & rosin bush and several varieties of local cactus specie.
