The neighborhood is wonderful. Basically there used to be 3 horse farms where the neighborhood is. There are straighways and hills. You can ride your bike in the neighborhood, it is not inside the city limits, so there are no city taxes or ordinances and it is not in Boulder Park so there are no neighborhood restrictions, association dues to pay, unless you want to join the pool, (which by the way is worth it, just because that's how you get to know everybody," that is where the kids hang out in the Summer and they are safe. County taxes are very reasonable, we pay a year what other places pay per month. And because it is in the County, there are no zoning restrictions. Public water and sewer are average priced as are gas and electricity although we feel they are high, it's just because of recent increases, yet it's better than being in California. So far as Princeton: well here is whats with a 2-hour drive: ATV Trails, Hunting Lodges, 6+ Lakes, White water rafting, Camping, a fish hatchery, 2 very good dinner theaters, drag racing, Roanoke, VA, Bristol TN, Charleston, WV, Winston-Salem, NC, Statesville, NC,
