It has a steel roof installed in the last two years, no maintenance would be necessary for it. Hardwood floors upstairs have been redone in the master bedroom. Metal kitchen cabinets provide a neat retro look. They were repainted four years ago. An extra lot provides more room for kids. Orchard is a nice quiet town, only a few miles from Osage. It is as close as you can come to living in the country without actually being on an acreage. One neighbor has a large garden to the north, the lot to the east also has a large garden behind the post office. I enjoyed living here.
