Renovated cottage is within a block of the beach on the Gulf of Mexico and is one mile east of the center of Pensacola Beach. Travertine floors and elevated ceiling give this a more spacious and airy feeling than the traditional beach cottage. It is an easy walk to our beautiful, uncrowded beach. The house is located in quiet residential area but within a easy walk to shops and restaurants. This home can sleep 5. There is a queen-sized bed in one bedroom, a second, smaller bedroom has a bunk bed with a full-sized below and twin above, and a full bathroom between the two rooms. Kitchen is fully equipped and the living room comes with a large "smart" TV. There is a covered patio and off-street parking for four vehicles. A fully enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water is provided for easy clean up after a day at the beach. There are no stairs. The cottage is wheelchair accessible, however, the bathroom is not ADA accessible. Cottage will be available for a nine month lease starting August 2, 2026. Owner pays all utilities including Wi-Fi. The cottage is rented fully furnished including bed linens and towels.
