Open to flexible lease lengths, ideally 3-12 months. Rent to be paid monthly either in cash or electronically (Zelle, Paypal, Venmo, etc.). Included in rent are all utilities, lawn care, washer/dryer, and off street parking. The space is about 500 square feet but as there is a fenced in yard another dog is welcome to move in as well -- as long as it is pet friendly as there is another dog on the premise.
