House has a lot of new. Pipes, electrical, dry wall, flooring and other stuff. Home is completely livable as we live in it now. Comes with a vogelzang pellet stove 1 year old and the biggest one I can find that heats an area of 2800 sq feet but ours is 2400 sq feet so it does the job. I would put a new roof on the home.
