This property can be rented monthly from Oct - March or we can lease it for 6 months and ends on Friday March 31. This cannot be extended. Once lease ends if renter needs to say, rent will be $100 a day in April and will need to be paid Weekly. May rent will go to $150 a day and in June it will be $200 a day. Nonrefundable pet deposit of $250. Lease payment includes parking under unit 2 cars max, Wi-Fi internet, electricity, water/sewer and trash. Cleaning person will do a light cleaning (dust, vacuum & ac filter) at least monthly or every other week. No smoking or vaping in condo allowed. If smoke is detected there will be a $1500 fine. When lease is over a deep cleaning is required by the tenant. If this is not completed to landlord's expectations, it will be done and taken out of security deposit. landlord's expectations are the unit will be in the condition it was at move in.
