Small, cozy home for sale by owner. Original structure was built in 1958. In approximately 1980, a separate dinning room and master suite was added. At that time the kitchen was also remodeled with New solid wood cabinets and a breakfast bar. The design on the cabinets is a bit dated, but they have never been painted and overall are in great condition with lazy susans in both lower corners. The work area is small, but extremely efficiently laid out. The kitchen has always been my favorite part of this home! During the remodel, the walls in the living room and Kitchen were covered with wood paneling. Again...very dated, but the owner [back then] chose VERY nice, high end, paneling. It is obvious at first glance, that it was expensive back in its day. It is still in extremely good condition. Very few scratches. I would say that the bathroom is probably my least favorite part, only because it is small. I might be persuaded to let it go with the house! I have not lived in it for 8 years. It has been occupied, but at last inspection it became apparent 'she' has been extremely neglected. This has been taken into consideration when determining an asking price. The home has been under contract with Terminix since I purchased it in 1991. Roof and garage were replaced in August of 2006. Entire home has energy efficient windows. double pane, double hung, white vinyl.
