We thought this would be our forever home until recently. We have loved this home for 20 years. It’s time to move on. This home has been lovingly maintained and given the best of updates. There are many built ins our family has done. We will be purchasing an American Home Shield Warranty for 1 year for the buyers, at closing. The kitchen is very retro, on purpose. The gas fireplace makes the cold winter nights enjoyable, watching the flames dance around the gas logs. The large living, dining and kitchen area makes family gatherings memorable and yet, cozy for when Mom and Dad are home alone. The utilities are so affordable. We like it cold during the summer days, and colder during the summer nights. The average utility bill the past 2 years has been $175. All new plumbing in 2016, and vent system was cleaned and sanitized in 2016 Don’t let this buy pass you over.
