We remodeled everything inside in May of this year. It was basically a brand new house inside and has been well cared for in the six months since. No smoking and no pets. Renter pays for water and electricity through the city. All on one bill and the house has all new windows and doors and is very efficient on utilities with new heating and A/C also on the house.
