There are laundry facilities, a back deck and all kitchen privileges. All utilities paid except WIFI but you can get your own or we could meet in the middle No Smoking, No pets, No guests overnight more than one night. Must have job. Need background check to be presented at interview. Need job reference. Must be willing to share in housework in common areas. 6-month lease. The deposit will be refunded if 30 days' notice to vacate is given and room is left in the same condition.
