The unit has been completely repainted inside and out. All doors, trim, woodwork windows and walls have been caulked, sealed and painted. The kitchen cabinets were stripped and repainted, The return air vent in the Utility Closet was moved to improve the efficiency of the HVAC unit and Hot Water Heater. The screened porches & screen door were painted and the screens replaced with "NO See"em" screen. All ceiling fans were replaced. Both fixed and free standing lights have been replaced. A complete inspection of the Cottages electrical system done. During the inspection several repairs were made and an additional breaker was added to the box to improve the safety of the electrical system. The GFI outlets were replaced on the lower front porch and in the kitchen. This unit has a 5 star review. All beds are new. Turn key ready!
