We have rented it nightly before but would prefer a longer tenant this year. The pool will not be opened during the winter but we can discuss an early spring time open with a utility agreement . The four car garage will be shared space. There is plenty of driveway parking as well. Water, sewer, garbage, electricity, gas, expansive cable, Netflix are included up to $500 per month.
