Including heat water and gas. You have to pay Internet and electricity yourself. We are subleaseing my apartment, my contract will be end on August 31 2016. If you are international student, deposit should be two months of rent, otherwise should be one month rent. If you are interested in renting it, we will pay one month of rent for you, it will be considering our part of the deposit, since we have live in here for couple of month already. Also, because we are leaving Milwaukee, there are some furniture you can keep if you like, all free.( table, chair, tea table, sofa...)
