One roommate (52 yo professional female and owns the house) is present Sunday night through Wednesday afternoon in the fall and Monday morning through Wed afternoon in the spring. She is not there during the summer. She brings a 4 year old Labrador. Shared kitchen. Off street parking (rotating sides and no permit necessary) and sometimes parking in the driveway. Washer/Dryer, water, wifi, gas and electric are included. There are two carpeted rooms in the basement for other use, but not sleeping. Both existing roommates are professionals and quiet. No smoking inside or on premises
