The Grand street bus also takes you right into downtown. This neighborhood is right outside the border of Wicker Park, Bucktown, and Logan Square which is where great food and social life can be accessed - all within a 5 minute drive. The furnishings have been provided with comfort and homey living in mind, including a TV that doubles as art work, pottery dishes and mugs, glassware and bar utensils for cocktails, and a king bed in the primary bedroom. The second bedroom has a fun-size queen bed. The sofa has extra storage and pulls out to be used for lounging on movie nights or can easily turn into a bed for hosting an overnight guest. In each bedroom and in the main space, a sit/stand desk has been provided for those who do remote work and need some privacy for meetings. Favorite food and drink spots are: HiLo for cocktails, Lucy's for chicken sandwiches and burgers, Chema's for Mexican food, California Clipper for cocktails and live music, Flying Saucer breakfast, Dayglow for coffee, and Humboldt Haus for deli sandwiches and beer.
