The master suite is on the upper level and has high ceilings with lots of light and views of swaying palms. Replaced water heater (that supplies kitchen and lower bathroom with more energy efficient model) Roof was replaced in 2020 and upgraded to current hurricane standards. New hurricane protection system was installed in 2018. Replaced sliding doors and side windows on ocean side balcony. The Pool and hot tub was recently painted and retiled where needed. Unit has been painted approximately every two years. Unit has a successful rental history. Security cameras covers the entire footprint of Club St. Croix. Club. Each unit has separate water and power meters that get's read monthly by our inspector, Power and water is billed directly by the HOA.
