    We are renting a 12 year old house in Cape Carteret ( Swansboro NC Area) / 4 BR, 3 Bath . Military Preferred. Active military receive $ 50/m DISCOUNT and no application fee. The house is VERY clean. All the bedrooms open to their own balcony. The views are great from every bedroom. Hardwood floors, big kitchen & living room. Big yard. Includes space in the storage shed. Fantastic Schools - White Oak Elementary, Broad Creek Middle, Croatian High school Boaters paradise - the house is on the intercostal waterway and the house has 60' of seawall for you to tie up a boat or jet ski. The 4 bed room, 3 bath house is a 2 story on pilings and has an elevator. The view is spectacular of the sound and Emerald Island. You can come home and be on the water in your boat in 5 minutes. The boating is fantastic in Carteret County. The boat lift is not included in the rental but it is possible to have it included. We prefer military families. From the main gate of Camp Lejeune, you are about 20 minutes drive. Most of the traffic backs up the other direction from the main gate entrance so you have a nice ride into Jacksonville. From the main gate at Cherry Point, you are a 20-25 minute drive. It is an easy drive through the country. You are away from the "city" of Jacksonville or Havelock and you are living on the coast surrounded by beautiful water and lush landscape. Emerald Island Beach is just over the bridge (5 min) and was rated in the top 10 beaches on the east coast. Carteret County has excellent schools and this house has one of the best elementary schools in NC as the base school. The middle school is excellent and the high school is the best in the area top rated. The house can come unfurnished or furnished for a slight upcharge. Please let me know if you are interested.
