You may bring a pet such as a dog or cat. The limit for the dog is 65 lbs or less. You may have up to two cats or one dog, no more. The monthly pet fee will be $75.00 per month. The landlord pays for the water bill and garbage disposal. You are expected to pay for all other utilities such as electric, internet, cable, etc. A $600 one time security deposit is required up front to pay for any damage and cleaning once you move out.
