We're sorry but this is a 'no-smoking' inside the building. The utilities are not included in the rent, but averaged only $125 a month last year. Of course, the utility bills will be higher in winter, lower in summer and the lowest in the fall.
We are located in the 300 block of Cascade, and have off-street parking. We have an on-site laundry facility with Maytag washers and dryers. Very few apartments are closer to the heart of downtown. Come live in a safe, quiet apartment and walk to historic downtown.
