I LOVE this apartment and am very sad to be leaving but got a job and am moving and need to sublet from May 16-July 25 (with an option to extend the lease). It's a great place and the property managers are awesome and have taken care of every need remarkably fast. Super great location as well: walking distance to downtown Champaign shops, bars, and restaurants and close to many bus stops that take you directly to campus. Heating, sewage, and gas are included in the lease. Honestly, could not have asked for a better place!! Message me for more details :) The sublet is up on July 25 but there is an option to resign.
