The sublet is done completely through the leasing office. Rent is 700 plus gas and electric. Laundry is available in the basement and pets are allowed for a 200 deposit and 20 per month for dogs or 10 for cats. Whitehall Apartments is located very close to west campus and there is a GPA discount for students. Last year the pool was beautifully resurfaced and a large privacy fence was added. The unit is in the furthest building from the street and a corner unit so only one wall is shared with neighbors. Our security deposit will stay with you for the apartment.
