The house was completely remodeled and 2 bedrooms and a bathroom added in 2011-2012. A whole new roof was put on the house in January 2016. All of the rooms in the house are large with plenty of room. The house also has a big fenced in yard which is perfect for kids and pets! More pictures coming soon!!! The square footage is not accurate because it is a lot bigger than 1508 sq ft. I don't think it was updated after the 2 extra bedrooms and bathroom was added. I am getting someone to come out to remeasure the house to get an accurate square footage. We are moving soon so we need to sell ASAP! I hope everyone likes it!
