110 sq ft bedroom in cute and quirky 3 bed/1 bath 2nd floor apartment. Queer friendly! We've got a living room/dining room/kitchen and a little upstairs enclosed porch. Great price for only being shared by 3 people! - Utilities are $100-$250 a month, high end is from heating in the winter. - No partying/smoking/pets. Noise and guests kept to a minimum. I do like music and occasionally use speakers in the shared spaces but will absolutely shut it off when asked! - Permit parking or you can rent someplace nearby, I don't have trouble finding street parking unless it's street cleaning day but I can still find something within a 2 block radius. - Shared washer/dryer in the basement. - According to Google Maps: 6 minutes to the B Line, 16 minutes to the C Line, 24 minutes to Coolidge Corner (Brookline), 18 minutes to Packard's Corner, 24 minutes to Chestnut Hill Reservoir. There are also several bus stops but I honestly don't know where they get you to. - We're right between Com Ave/Harvard St/Beacon St, all are pretty busy with shops/restaurants/venues. It's a pretty good balance between the more expensive Brookline vibe and the broke student Brighton/Allston vibe. - We've got a Whole Foods and CVS right here, 2 minute walk. - Corey Hill park is just up the hill from us, city views when the leaves are down. Landlord pays for water, we split everything else. No central A/C, no dishwasher. No smoking.
