306 West 12th St. is an amazing house very close to campus and downtown. It has 4 bedrooms with a bonus room. Very nice custom kitchen with solid surface countertops on custom made cabinets. New fridge, built in microwave, DW and electric range. The living room and bedrooms have carpet and the bathrooms and kitchen are ceramic tile. The house has been fully rewired and re-plumbed for efficient and problem free service. It does include a washer and dryer installed Aug. 2021. The exterior is currently being re-sided and soon to be repainted. We recently installed a new high efficiency furnace and air conditioning system in the fall of 2025. The furnace is a condensing unit that is 96% efficient. The coil and compressor are brand new as well. The house had a new roof installed in early 2023. The lease is for one year starting on August 1st, 2027 and ending on July 31, 2028. Tenants will be responsible for their own utilities. We do not allow pets at all, for any reason.
