An open room in a five bedroom, four bathroom townhouse! We're looking for a new roommate to join our co-ed household, taking the room on the top floor of the house. The room is 8.75'x13.66', with an East facing window and private bathroom. Your room will be the only one on the third floor, with most of us being on the second floor and another roommate on the first. Your room opens up to the common area which generally is pretty quiet we're all busy and out and about. That area opens up to our balcony and staircase to the roof. We have in-unit laundry, your room comes with a parking spot. We're looking to add someone to our lease who wants to ride it out at least until renewal in June. No smoking in the house; balcony or roof is a-okay Appliances are serviced by the landlord along with most issues of house-features.
