I have one room available. The house has two full bathrooms, a finished basement, and attached garage. Parking will be in the driveway. There is an inground pool in the back yard that I will take care of. Yard work is shared. I'll provide the tools/equipment. There's also a working sauna in the basement! The price includes utilities, unless we want to heat the pool more often. We can work something out for that. The lease is month to month to protect both of us. You can smoke outside.
