House has 3 levels, includes 3 balconies and a terrace (balcony off Master has view of Downtown Sacramento). 75 inch smart Tv in living room with HBO Max. 1Gig AT&T fiber Internet. Upgraded Stainless Steel appliances, including Kitchen Aid oven and touchless stove top. 2 car garage and in house washer and dryer. Roommates will have access to Junior Olympic swimming pool, 24 hours fitness center, cross fit workout area, play park, half basketball court and community club house. Interstate 80 and Interstate 5 are just outside community entrance. House is10 minutes from Downtown Sacramento, 15 minutes from Midtown.
