It offers indoor laundry hook ups. The kitchen has granite and stainless appliances, hardwood floors throughout. We also have ceiling fans in both bedrooms and recessed lights in main living areas. There are 2 sheds, plus garage for storage. The house is on corner with a cute diner behind and only 5 minute drive to the ferry and 2 minutes to the freeway. The location is key for a commuter to Marin, Concord, Berkeley or SF. I love my house and we just decided to buy bigger only 5 minutes away. We want someone to love it too! I personally have several pitbulls and would love to help someone who is struggling to find a home with their dogs. We will continue to have the yard maintenance completed monthly at our expense, plus we will cover garbage. There's sprinklers in the front yard, and front and back will likely only need a good watering 2x a week.
