The condo was recently remodeled with a new kitchen and bathroom. The whole place looks very nice and it is a perfect place to live, safe neighborhood, friendly neighbors, and great city. However, it is a shared building with 2 car parking. One inside the shared garage and outside driveway. We do not allow smoking inside the condo but outside is fine. Owner responsibilities to pay for besides rent is Edison and Gas. Trash and water are covered already. We also only allow 1 pet maximum.
