    Storage Land For Sale by Owner on Highway 412 West of Parsons, TN. 118' wide in the front along highway x 150' deep and 80' wide in the rear. Land is in Decatur County in the Beacon Junction community. 5 minutes to Parsons and 14 minutes to the Tennessee River, 15 minutes to Lexington. In 2009, the State of Tennessee purchased a drainage right of way from the west portion of the property and removed the home that was on the property in 2010. We have recently found out that a permanent residence cannot be built on the property since it cannot support a compliant septic system due to the lot size. There is also a non-working shallow well on the property. Although the property does not have a current water meter, we have also confirmed that Lexington city water is still available. Also, we have received a driveway permit from the State of Tennessee, but the property does not currently have a driveway. The front portion of the property is cleared but the rear and side portions has downed trees and standing brush that would need to be cleared for complete access. For these reasons listed above, this property is being sold primarily for storage purposes, business use or for a temporary residence use such as a travel trailer.
