Suite 2 (Reel Paradise, 1 bedroom) will be available June 29th, 2022 Bedroom 1: bedroom has a queen size bed *There is no ramp or elevator at this property. There is one full bathroom that is fully equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The living room has ample space for relaxation and has a 55" Smart TV with cable and high-speed wifi. The full kitchen is equipped for all of your cooking needs and has a range with oven/stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all cooking utensils and dining ware needed. Access is by private door with door code. Guests will have the entire unit to themselves. This property is central to all local Virginia Beach restaurants. Guests can park in the driveway. Host is not responsible for issues associated with street parking. House rules: Absolutely no smoking in or near the building. Any smoking must be outdoors and at least 25 ft from the property. Guests will be fined if smoking policy is violated. No parties or events (gatherings over max occupancy will be shut down immediately unless previously approved by host) Check-in is anytime after 4PM Check-out Instructions - Check-out is 11am - Clean the dishes & return them. - Turn TV off - Leave AC on in summer and heat on in winter - Lock door behind you Rent up to 89 days max. 1 month to 3 months One time cleaning fee: $160 Refundable security deposit: $350 Pet fee: $50 per pet per month To secure your spot, we'd send an initial invoice for half of the first month's rent + security deposit (refundable damage deposit returned at the end of your stay if there is no damage or smell of smoke) + cleaning fee. The initial payment is due within 48 hrs of receiving the invoice and rental agreement. All payments would be paid with a credit card and there is always a 3% processing fee included in the monthly rate. We will send a rental agreement as well to be signed electronically and an invoice to add the preferred payment method.
