The kitchen has lots of counter and cabinet space and includes a pantry with pull out storage drawers. The rolling island matches the kitchen's cabinetry and countertops. The dining room is also accessible directly from the family room. The dining room has a three tiered tray ceiling, moldings and a chair rub rail. Both the family room and the dining room have direct access to the sunroom through three sets of French doors with transom lights. The sunroom also has three skylights and three sets of custom sliding glass doors that open onto the rear deck. From the sunroom there is also direct access to the back hallway. The back hallway gives access to the stairway to the 500 sf recreation room that is over the three car garage, the garage, the powder room and the laundry. Behind the garage is a 15KW whole home backup generator.
