    Public Remarks: A beautiful 2 bedroom home with panoramic views, beautifully landscaped, although you can not see it with the snow on the ground, the lot is surrounded by farmland and has very low taxes at $2,244/Year. This wooded private lot of 1.69 acres was split off family farm in 1974. The owner then put a 1974 mobile home 14 Ft. x 70 Ft.(all copper wiring) on this lot. Later he placed 2 small mobiles on rear of lot for storage.(a 10 Ft. x 45Ft. and a 10 Ft. X 40 Ft.) He then added an addition on the rear of the mobile (11 Ft. x 16 Ft.) used as both a dining room and also an additional bedroom at different times. He later built a detached 2 car garage 24 Ft. x 24 Ft. with electric and electric door openers, and a storage shed was put behind the original mobile home. The outside of the mobile was completely redone, removing the original aluminum siding and old insulation, recovered with “OSB” plywood, finished fine fold insulation, Tyvek, then vinyl siding. All windows replaced with New Low “E” Energy Windows, and New Front and Rear Doors. Rebuilt roof into “A” frame root with rubber roofing. New Hot Air Furnace and Central Air Conditioning Units were installed. The Submersible Well Pump and water line was also replaced. The original septic system is serviced every 3 years. The closest neighbor is the farm in the rear of the property about ¼ mile away. Plenty of privacy on this property.
