The roof was updated almost 2 years ago. Interior photos will be added after the current tenant moves out this month and the home is updated to rent ready condition. Potential tenants must have reputable references and a positive rental history. No smoking inside the home. Tenants are required to obtain renters insurance. Tenants pay for their own utilities, such as lights, water, sewage, trash pickup, etc. The tenant is responsible for cutting the grass also. Leases will be for 6 months only. However, this is slightly negotiable. The rent is due on the 1st of every month. A late fee of $100 is charged automatically on the 8th of the month if not paid by on or before the 7th of each month. Should rent be later than the 15th of the month without prior consent it is agreed that you have breached the lease, forfeited your security deposit, and will vacate the premises by the end of that current month & locks will be changed the last day of that month.
