    Available October 1st! I'm looking for someone who wants to live in an awesome 3 bedroom apartment! It is located above the Bleachers Bar, in downtown Hancock. The apartment is completely remodeled and looks amazing. Plus, it provides for the ultimate vantage/viewing point (from the windows) for fireworks and parades! We occupy the whole second floor of the building, and it's extreemly spacious. The entire second floor has 9.5ft ceilings. The bar downstairs is pretty tame (noise), and even when it's a full-house down there, you can still sleep like a baby (excellent sound insulation). The 3rd floor is a huge studio (vacant), and is not going to be occupied. Occupying this unit, you'll have: (All wall closets&cabinets are 9.5ft tall) (All measurements are a few inches, lol) - 1 huge living room (22.5ft X 13.5ft) and mini-bar nook(?) (4ft X 8ft). - 1 huge kitchen & dining room (16ft X 14ft). - 1 bathroom (12.5ft X 5ft), with additional full wall closet&cabinet (1.5ft X 2.5ft). - Bedroom 1 (12.5ft X 12.5ft), with additional full wall closet storage (2ft X 12.5ft). - Bedroom 2 (12.5ft X 9.5ft), with additional full wall closet storage (2ft X 9.5ft). - Bedroom 3 (14ft X 9.5ft). - 1 storage room (4.5ft X 14ft). - 1 Tool room or storage room (3.5ft X 6.5ft) - Hall/storage (8ft X 29ft). For parking, which is usually a huge pain in this city, you'll have it made! We are permitted to park both of our vehicles in the adjoining parking lot belonging to the bank. We just need to move our vehicles out by 7am, and can park overnight starting around 5pm. Pretty sweet, especially during the winter, at which time the parking lot is plowed : ) Just don't mess around being late, or you'll get ticketed or towed (or loose your parking privilege). We've rented under a TON of landlords over the past 15 years, and the married couple that rents the property is absolutley amazing. We've even got gifts on a couple of holidays : ) Rent is $650 a month for 2 occupants, and this includes heat and water. We have a little kiddo, and our Landlord didn't charge us monthly for her :) We also installed an AC unit this summer, and it's staying. A custom hanging pot-rack (beautiful) was built/installed above stovetop oven, and will be staying. We also installed plumming for a washing machine that will also be staying (no dryer, we hang-dry). We had Charter install new lines for cable and internet, if that's your choice of internet provider (best/fastest service in the area). My family and I lived in this apartment for the past three years, but we are moving out of state due to my husband's sudden transfer to Texas (Active Duty Army). The apartment is excellent, and for its price, you can NOT find a better deal! If you'd like to visit and get a tour, or if you have any questions, please text me or my husband.
