The UCB Theatre can be yours! It's a comedy theatre and now it's also an apartment! All black walls/floors, beautiful lighting, lots and lots of seats and a bedroom if you put a bed on the stage! Come to the open house on Mon., January 16th and Mon., January 23rd at 8PM! It will occur during the scheduled show "This Is Not A Sketch Show: A Sketch Show" (that's just a placeholder title for the open house, though it will still be $5 to get into the open house (also, when you are in the open house you should sit down and watch the shows as if you were watching comedy shows in a comedy theatre)).
