The tenant is responsible for all utilities. Riviera utilities provides services. I only do one year leases. The rent is $875 per month and I require the first month s rent, the last month s rent, and one month s security deposit,or $2675 to move in. Strong employment References and a background check are required. This includes a credit, criminal, employment,and an eviction check. After being cleared by the background check, The $50 background check fee is refundable at lease signing.
