Quiet neighborhood with community feel, summer pool, detached one car garage with off street parking, community garden, very quiet unit with no neighbor above you, very dog friendly community, close to walking paths and trails, shopping, etc. Dogs considered on a case by case basis. No "aggressive breeds" (rots, pitbulls, German Shepards, etc) - sorry this is my insurance company's rules, not mine. You pay for electricity and internet/cable, I pay trash/compost/recycling/sewer/water. I have priced this unit below market to get a leased signed.
