Dear Potential Tenant, I'll be a bit sad when you rent this apartment. I've spent so many summer mornings here with the crew remodeling this incredible three bedroom oasis. We gave every surface a second lease on life from new windows, appliances (including dishwasher and in-unit laundry), furnace, flooring and cabinets/counters. We built the bathroom from the ground up and even snuck in a super cool Scandinavian linen closet. I mean, I've never visited Scandinavia, but in my imagination that's how Scandinavian closets look. Our crew put its soul into these walls from the quaint little recombobulation area at the top of the stairs for your coats, shoes and dog leashes (yes, we're pet friendly) to the awesomely tall cathedral ceiling with the requisite kitschy Riverwest ceiling fan. Most of all I'll miss gazing out these glorious third-floor windows watching the sun rise over this lovely Riverwest neighborhood. My reverie usually settles on Art Bar down the block because I guess I'm an alcoholic. In my defense, they have the best happy hour in town and it's the only thing that gets me to 4pm. There's also Wonderland diner, a church that celebrates a potentially fictitious deity, Cafe Corazon, a playground, Bliffert Hardware, and Colectivo Cafe. Wow, that sounds like a fun year of adventures for you! Or maybe you're a recluse working on your tenth best-selling novel about a magical, crime-solving Furby in 1920's Mongolia. Then you'll appreciate the third floor views of Riverwest reminiscent of the Mongolian plains (warning: also haven't visited Mongolia). Plus, in-unit laundry and a gorgeous new kitchen with new cabinets/counters, stove, fridge, microwave w/ exhaust and dishwasher. Don't you listen to that magical Furby, just because you don't like being around people doesn't mean you don't deserve gourmet meals and freshly laundered clothes. And when the time comes, maybe you'll want some roommates, because, after all, this is a three bedroom apartment. I'm really looking forward to meeting your magical Furby.
