Owners live in the unit above. No smoking (cigarette or otherwise) in the building. (as soon as someone starts smoking on the ground floor, we smell it in our unit, and we are allergic). Cats okay; no dogs please. Open house this Wednesday from 5pm to 6pm Tenant pays electric and gas. No move in fee. Refundable security deposit due at lease signing. Move out fee of $250 if you don't renew your lease after the first year. Fee is waived if you stay more than a year.
