I am sorry but when the last tenant moved out I found that the place needed more work than I expected so I have had to take it off the rental market so I can get it appropriately fixed up. The planned open house has been canceled. I want a property to be something I would be willing to live in before I rent it to someone else. I am truly sorry for any inconvenience.
