I am away most of the time but maintain a place in NH with my son, who is attending Maine Maritime Academy. This means that you'd have the house to yourself, with me present for a week periodically, and my son the same. He is very chill and easy going. We've done a house share until now and it has worked out well. The house is furnished but I can remove some items if you have your own furniture. There are 2 bedrooms available and a 3rd which can be used as an office or guest room. One bedroom is on the second floor and the other two on the third.
