This property has been a rental. The oven on the stove does not work, however the burners do. The dishwasher did not turn on when I tried it. Buyers are certainily entitled to obtain a home inspection, but must understand that Seller is selling this "as is". That said, the home has an excellent location and is very livable as is. The garage and storage shed still have some of owners items which do NOT STAY, but will be removed prior to closing date.
