It has been a rental, my family has had it and since mid 90s and there has been 2 family's that have lived there both 10+ years each. It's empty and due to personal reasons I'm choosing to sell now. AS/IS . There is no structure issues or electronic as far as I know, not had any issues. I had planned to replace the furnace, the one does work and had been repaired last winter used, and install central air or P-TECH Unit. Window air conditioners have been what's used. No contracts thru me, sorry.
